Classes are cumulative with a build up of strength, ability and knowledge. It is recommended to start with level I class unless advised otherwise. New students with previous Pilates training may enter higher level class after consulting with KaMotion.

For students new to Pilates it is advisable to take advantage of the Introduction to Pilates package of 5 private sessions (at a one time only reduced rate) to gain the information and terminology necessary to enter the group classes safely.

Introduction Courses (*with a min. of 3 participants) are also available once per trimester: includes 5 group lessons and one private session.
