Small Group Sessions
Ka-Motion offers is a variety of Pilates classes from gentle beginners courses to more challenging intermediate or advanced classes. We also make sure that people’s own capabilities are closely monitored during class to make sure everyone works safely at their own speed.
Studio Ka-Motion promotes a healthy non-competitive atmosphere. Class sizes are limited to insure plenty of personal attention.
At Studio KaMotion we want you to feel confident and safe in your classes.
If you have no previous experience with the Pilates Method we provide a 5 Classes Introduction Package to give you a strong basis in the fundamental concepts of Pilates, to better understand how your body works best and help to build a strong rapport with Katja -thus enhancing the customized training you get in private sessions and/or small classes. These private sessions can be scheduled alone or with a friend- at your convenience.
During the year there are Mini Intro Courses available shared with others for a reduced rate. See News
After this introduction you are welcome to join the group classes or continue with private training sessions.
