Pilates can help improve posture and core strength to lighten and even elliviate these problems. Since the earliest days, Pilates has been used to work with injured people and therefore is perfectly complementary to physiotherapy.
At KaMotion we frequently work together with manual & physical therapists to help people recover and maintain pain free good health. You may choose to do Pilates simultaneously with your physio therapy or it can take over when therapy ends. If you are living with a serious physical issue, we strongly suggest you start with private sessions so as to address the complex issues of your specific injury. Once you have reached a certain level in your Pilates it may be possible to join a group class to continue living problem free.
